Reservation deposit:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due one month prior to arrival.
Cancellations:
A full deposit refund is provided for cancellations received prior to March 1. Cancellations requested after that date will receive a full refund if the dates can be re-booked.
Operations:
Open from mid May to late October.
Bookings are Sunday to Sunday weekly during peak season
Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
Daily rentals available in the off season (four day minimum).
Pets:
Pets which are non-shedding are generally welcome. Pets are expected to be on-leash, properly supervised, never on furniture, never left in cottage unattended and all droppings picked up and disposed of. Pet fee/tax is $57.50 per pet. All pets must be declared at the time of booking…failure to do so may result in stay cancellation.
Smoking:
All our cottages are non-smoking.
Taxes:
15% HST applies to all reservations.
